So I'm now in Paris, just arrived via the Eurostar from London, and it was smooth and fast. Dark, unfortunately, but it reminded me of the Japanese Shinkansen.

When we arrived (the Scobles and I took the same train), a group of speakers and bloggers were milling around in the lobby, including Loic Le Meur and his wife Geraldine (who is putting on the conference), along with Jeff Clavier, Dave Winer, and others.
