Adriaan has released Ecto 2.2, and it has built-in support for Technorati tags! Cool. All of you Mac OSX bloggers, you definitely should go and give Ecto a try. Very nice.

Dear David,
I tried to implement a tag for “sichelputzer” (quite logical…) in my blog but it won’t get listed on technorati. What might cause the error?
Refer to this URL for the tag on “Sichelputzer”

ecto2.2 with Techorati TAG support!
Blogging toolのectoがversion2.2でTechnorati TAGをサポートしたそうです。
It’ll get better than that, Dave.
I’m initially skeptical of the whole tagging thing. I would rarely search for a tag to find out what unknown people are saying about something. But once these gain RSS support, if someone made a program that would compile my existing feeds into a sort of newspaper and then organize that paper by technorati tags…that would be something. Just my preferences, though.
have been enjoying using the tags on ecto and looking forward to the next incarnation – hoping it will become a little automated – I’m lazy!
